First National Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to join its community banking team. The ideal candidate will have a college degree and 2-5 years experience in retail banking or business development. A proven track record of successful management, strong interpersonal skills and the desire to develop and service customer relationships is essential. The abilty to design and execute a business development and sales program is essential.

Requirements
College degree in business administration, finance, accounting, allied major, or equivalent. Bank experience in a customer contact position, business development and prior supervisory experience is desirable. Exposure to bank-based lending process is very desirable. Work experience in an unsupervised environment is critical. Must have ability to become NMLS registered.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
